Thank you for shopping with DJOUS Organic Skincare. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was received.
  • The product was unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@djousorganic.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Allergic Reactions

Our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients; however, individual sensitivities may vary.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities unless required by applicable law.
